How it Works!

Because I Care

• Once you have chosen your setting and colour (I am always happy to advise, please don’t be afraid to ask!) I will confirm all details and send you an invoice. This must be paid in full in order to proceed.

• I will give you details on how to send your inclusions or arrange to meet local clients to collect. I ask for around a teaspoon size amount of ashes but please if you only have a small amount, don’t send them all, drop me a message to discuss.

• Once I have your item and inclusions I start to build up the colour of your choice. I add your inclusions to the setting, these can be visible or hidden within the stone, most people want to be able to see their inclusions but this is purely personal choice. The setting is sealed so the inclusions are fully encased within the resin which has a mirror like shine.

• I only use the highest quality material and resources. I work with sterling silver and 9ct gold, rose gold and white gold. Medical grade stainless steel is available in selected pieces for a more cost effective option.

• Your finished piece is then boxed and ready to send back to you along with your certificate of authenticity, any remaining inclusions and care instructions to keep your jewellery looking it’s best.

• I use the highest grade resin to create my pieces, it is crystal clear. This is the best on the market and has excellent reviews after standing the test of time. 

• I will update you throughout the process and never keep you without your loved ones for longer than necessary. My current turnaround is approximately ten days for silver items. Gold is made to order and takes around 6 weeks. This can vary depending on if items are in stock but I will keep you updated. 

• Your items will be posted back to you via Royal Mail 1st class recorded and tracked delivery at a cost of £8.

• Please always remember I am here to help. I know how it feels to lose someone special and that is the whole reason I started Everlasting Memory Keepsakes. I do not mind at all if you have questions, I would much prefer you ask and set your mind at rest.

• I take a pride in my work, after all this is my little legacy to my amazing mum. I take my responsibility very seriously and your loved ones remains are treated with the upmost respect. My business is registered and insured and I am a gold member of the guild of jewellery designers. My aim is to keep my prices low so that everyone can afford to have a little treasure to keep of their someone special. 

 

All pendants come with an 18” silver curb chain as standard, other sizes available on request.

Terms & Conditions!

A Few Short Steps

• Care instructions are provided to help keep your jewellery looking its best. I include a copy with your items and you can also view them on the website. If damage is caused by not adhering to the care instructions I will not be held responsible.

• Please ensure you give me the correct ring size, hands can swell in the heat, I would recommend trying your size a few times to make sure it is correct. I cannot exchange rings that have been ordered in the wrong size.

• Please do not send the entire amount of your loved ones ashes or hair/fur. I recommend using recorded delivery but nothing is ever 100%. If you only have a small amount please speak to me before sending, I would hate for your precious inclusions to be lost in the post. For my local customers we can arrange collection/delivery.

• I will notify clients once I have received ashes/hair so you know it is here safe.

• All items are made to order, returns are only accepted in the event of a fault on my part.

• Payment is to be made in full when ordering.
